Of course YES! Please take note that once your transaction is being process, the amount of the transaction will be deduct from your account.

What happens if I cannot make my payments on time for my orders?

If customers are unable to make the full payment on time, we are sorry that we are unable to process the orders thus, it will be cancelled.

I am unable to remember my I-banking name, what should I do?

SG LED LIGHTHOUSE PTE LTD will only be able to verify the payment through your I-banking name as the rest of the details we are unable to know. Please call your local bank for further assistance if you need any help.

What should I do once Payment has been done?

Once payment is done, please email us with the following details:

What is backorder?

Backorder is the same meaning as Pre-order. While browsing through our products, you will know if that product is a backorder or in stock product. For Backorder, the estimate time of arrival will be from 4-6 weeks’ time. But this is just an estimate time, sometimes the products will arrive early or later depending on the supplier and demand. We greatly appreciate if customers are able to wait for the products. You may want to check out our latest backorders items at our page.

Does SG LED LIGHTHOUSE PTE LTD do meet up with customers for self-collection of items?

Yes! We do allow customers to do self-collection with a min spending of SGD500 and above and we will deliver it at your convenient place, isn’t it awesome!!!

Will your products be restock?

Yes! If the demand of the product is good, we will restock our products for customers to purchase, as usually we have additional pieces from backorders.

Can I purchase a gift card to my friends?

You may purchase a gift card from us to your friends, but please email us for the Terms and Condition or further enquires

Are there any expiry for the gift card?

Our gift cards usually valid for 3 months, within these 3 months, you are supposed to use utilize within the timeframe. If you would like to extend beyond the timeframe, feel free to Email us, we will try our best to extend if possible for you.

Can I cancel my order after making payment to SG LED LIGHTHOUSE PTE LTD ?

Sorry, we understand that shoppers usually have too many decision to make when it comes to shopping, however, we are unable to cancel your order once you have submitted to us for any reason.

How do I make a return if SG LED LIGHTHOUSE PTE LTD send me the wrong items?

We sincerely apologise if we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong items, do forgive us as humans do make mistake! Return to us must be done within 7 working days and must not be fall under the *Non-refundable is allow. If it is after 7 working days, we are unable to process the wrong items. Unused tag must be attached with the product in the original packaging. If you would like to return the product back to us, kindly go to Singpost counter, Fill up the return slips, please pack the product in a sealed mailer bag and please take note of the shipping number! Please keep the return receipt issued by Singpost for verification purposes.
